It had a quiet and excellent location just off the Green Mango restaurant and the beach. Booked deluxe king room, had a pleasant stay by another 5 nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Mercure and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and incredibly quiet, just as they appeared in the pictures. The pool access room was definitely worth the extra cost. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the pool area was superb. I also had the opportunity to indulge in a massage at the Spa, and it was truly out of this world. Additionally, the hotel offered a great value for the money spent.

The hotel was simply stunning and overlooked river. The workers were extremely helpful. The room was a nice size and air conditioned, had essentials, like hairdryers, a walk-in shower and bath robes. Location: the property was very close to Mini markets, Khao Lak and a beautiful sandy beach...

The hotel of choice in Khao Lak. Perfect place, well-trained and very very helpful staff. Excellent location and great facilities. Also - just off the airport, restaurant and Phuket.

Had a great New Year's stay at a hotel with two beautiful pools and stunning beach views. The service was outstanding, and the spacious room had a comfortable bed and a big bath. Enjoyed the convenience of the business center to work in air-conditioned comfort.

The breakfast was overpriced and overcrowded, with long lines and bland options. There were limited food choices and no restaurants within walking distance.

The location was peaceful and magnificent, within walking distance of Hat Thap Tawan:)))

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The Spa & wellness centre was fantastic with a variety of beauty treatments and massages available. The outdoor swimming pool was fabulous with sun loungers in the sun terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden area. The restaurant had a vast menu with special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink.

The location was a bit far from the town, and it was difficult to find any shops nearby. However, this wasn't a big issue as the hotel had private facilities that we could enjoy without leaving the property.

Great service from the friendly and helpful staff, especially Khun Bell at the front desk and the staff at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The variety of food offered at breakfast was impressive.

The signage of the property on the main road could use some improvement, it wasn't very easy to find the entrance. The price of room service food was a bit expensive.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape at this hotel. The location was incredibly peaceful, with a beautiful, quiet beach just steps away from our swim-up room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also loved the fact that there were several detached side restaurants to choose from, providing us with a different dining experience every night.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. we would have liked if the breakfast had an option for a la carte, as sometimes we just wanted a quick coffee and fruit without having to pay for the buffet.

Breakfast was tasty and varied. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Also loved the beautiful beach and the relaxing massages.

There was a constant fight for sunbeds and pool chairs every day. The pool area was not cleaned well enough, often dirty with pieces of food left by previous guests.

The location of the hotel on the beach is superb. The private beach is calm with crystal-clear waters and is perfect for a relaxing day. The pool areas are also excellent with different options to choose from. The rooms are spacious and well-kept with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, always attentive and ready to assist. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices available.

Some facilities, such as restaurants, are mediocre with limited menu options available.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and offered a warm welcome upon my arrival. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, with great amenities. I loved having access to the pools, especially the beach-side pool with its awesome pool bar. Additionally, the breakfast had a great variety of food that was perfect to satisfy my early morning cravings.

Nothing not to love. The facilities, location, and staff were all amazing!
